We know you’ll love our high quality metal posters. But if any of our high quality products don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We won’t be able to accept returns if you make modifications to the items we deliver to you.

We also recommend that you keep your email receipt or order confirmation, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales concerns.

14 day cooling off period:

From the date of delivery, distance selling regulations in some countries means you’ll have 14 days to return any items to us. If you need to return items to us, please contact us asap, and within 14 days of delivery. You can reach our Customer Service team by sending an email to info@twistedart.eu

If you simply change your mind and return a product to us, you will still need to pay any incurred delivery costs. This means you will lose the money you paid for delivery when placed the order, and you’ll need to pay the return postage costs. Faulty products:

At Twisted Art, we produce everything on-site. That means we have full control over the entire manufacturing process of our high-quality metal posters. However, if something has slipped past our quality control, we are here to put it right! Just send an email to info@twistedart.eu and we’ll help to put things right!
